Fantastic communication, and helpful and honest advice throughout the process so far. Very important to us seeing as we're FTB and don't really know what we're doing! 🤣 I will update this review in due course once the process is complete and we're moved in (currently in a chain), but so far we are *very* happy with the service we've received! ★★★★★ I can’t recommend Cairds enough! The service was absolutely fantastic and they earned every penny of their fee. Independent and local, the small Cairds team are so warm and friendly - and so lovely to deal with. They’re all extremely knowledgeable not to mention experienced, and I felt like I was in such safe hands every step of the way. I had regular weekly update calls discussing my sales strategy, viewers’ feedback and the general market. Cairds’ whole process and digital systems they use are efficient and easy. Selling/buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can go through, and Cairds fully understand this and are there from start to finish - providing incredible advice and assistance. I sold my house quickly under their guidance and got an offer I was very happy with. Throughout the sales process they were across the whole chain pushing it forward and keeping me fully updated. It was expertly managed and incredibly reassuring. They restored my faith in estate agents after a hideous previous experience with a national firm who were beyond useless and totally incompetent. Well done and thank you team Cairds- in particular Jenny, Ella, Paul and Gary!
