I would highly recommend Cairds Estate agent. George was amazing throughout the sale of my property. He was constantly in contact with myself and the buyers, ensuring the sale was driven forward and both parties were aware of the current status and any issues or delays. This allowed us to follow up and chase where necessary (which I have found is very necessary with managing agents and solicitors!) Cairds also managed the lettings for me and again I would recommend them for this service. The staff are friendly, professional and deliver.

George Simpson was an excellent agent from start to finish. He was clear, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. Communication was great throughout, and he always followed up when he said he would. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling!

I honestly don’t think this sale would have completed without Gavin’s diligence and professionalism. He followed up closely, through every step, he chased people for me when I was busy with work, in short he ensure this business was going to be a success. Highly recommend George Simpson (Cairds) if you’re looking for someone reliable, thoughtful, and efficient! We had a wonderful experience with George. He was extremely detailed, punctual, kind, and helpful throughout the process. We had a couple of viewings with him, and he managed the schedule so efficiently that he actually saved us 30 minutes to an hour—which made a huge difference. What stood out most was George’s patience and understanding of our requirements. He took the time to listen carefully, shared his honest opinions about the area, and provided insights tailored to our needs. His approach made us feel confident and well-informed. On top of all this, George was polite, well-mannered, and knowledgeable—with a friendly, approachable manner that made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a very unique house to sell that required finding a buyer who loved that uniqueness. Gavin at Cairds has been great throughout the whole sale process, from start to finish- he found us a buyer, helped us in the negotiation process and made sure to get the sale over the line, while always keeping us up to the date. I definitely recommend Gavin and Cairds ( who may I add, are excellent at taking professional photos of houses)!
